This time I've worked on a drawing, which I died for to do, but put it away because of not enough time. Which apparently was a good decision. This drawing (the raw is even bigger in size and dimension than this) took away more than half a week >.<"
The order of work is the same as always, just tried new or improved techniques to colour and outline:
idea -> sketch -> raw outline -> fine outline -> base colouring -> shadow colouring -> correction -> even more correction -> finish
And because myPaint, my dear partner to work with digital drawings <3, doesn't know how to size and cut a picture correctly... GIMP, but only to cut off unwanted empty spaces and for resizing.
This time, Ubunchu, yes, at last, I did it!
This shall be an illustration for the last page as warning to read "from back".
Which issue of the comic's warning would this be for?
It does my heart good to see more Ubunchu artwork, and you added it to the right gallery too! Thanks!
It's a warning illustration for one, who starts the unmirrored (in other words the original) manga from the left, although you have to start from the right.
Yeah, I got the idea thanks to your journal "Ubunchu Manga Artwork!" from last year somewhere. I still like that manga, even though the easy way to use Ubuntu is gone with Unity (my opinion and experience) ...
I'm modeling it on the Netbook Launcher [link] if you ever want to get involved in showing what the desktop should look like, let me know. I'm very interested in seeing new designs.
Hopefully, one day Ubuntu gets its Netinstaller, because an own configured system is somehow more fun ^^ (got some experience due Archlinux and Debian BUT just like the ppa system)

That replacement looks like the old interface from the Netbook remix of Ubuntu years ago, how I missed that! ^^
I still thinking the new theme of Ubuntu can't reach the legendary level of "human" though, because the theme was... legend. And it stood and still stands for Ubuntu and Ubunchu.
You know, if we were organised enough; we could reintroduce the legendary interface of human and these kinds of old school designs. Show them whats'what.
